		<description>Well it should be easy to catch the Marine if you know who and where they were cashed. You won&#039;t be charged if you have notified your bank. Call the base and Im pretty sure they will help you find out who the thief is. They don&#039;t want their reputation tarnished. Don&#039;t wait either do it right now or right away in the morning. And they should be punished according to the crime. And if it is a Marine I think they will be doubly punished once form your local gov&#039;t and then from the military.
