How can we stop cyber crimes?

Does anyone have an idea? what policy should be proposed to eliminate cyber crimes?

If everyone stops being stupid about what they download(like torrents/p2p file sharing), or what emails they open, the hackers will have to come up with something new. Also the people who think it’s cool to have 10,000 "friends" on their facebook page will continue to get stalked. It’s all about stupidity, plain and simple.

   Report them to the cyber police. Always report it to a government website or the website you are on.
