    OMG…those guys were total deuchbags. I can’t believe they used 10″ nails and created a problem where there was nothing wrong….not to mention scammed that poor guy. Alzheimers sucks!

    good story and I bet many people can relate to it… as for me its hard to give a quote when the customer is so cheap that they will try to pay less and less… I mean these people should get scammed once or twice so they know that our prices are fair… some people get what they pay for, other they just plain an simple get screwed…

    That guy was a good speaker.
    These scammers are everywhere (like he said). In PA, where I live, contractors are now required to be licensed by the state because of all the scams. The problem is that these vulnerable people can still get ripped off anyway, just the way he described. At least he was able to arrest those guys.
