Are there any online forms to petition a state’s Internet Crimes Unit?


A friend of mine is being seriously harrassed on myspace by a highly intelligent psychopath who is obsessed with her. She blocked him and yet he is still able to send her messages because he is a computer genius and found a way to bypass her block. How do we put together a formal request to her state’s internet crimes unit?

Call the local police and file a report.
