1st Native American TV Network ~ Victimized by Corporate Theft
This a true story about “Corporate Greed” and a nightmare that began when we were targeted by the chief executive officers of a large corporation by a scheme for the theft of our property. And then a Second Theft and strategic attack with intent to destroy my business in an deliberate bold action to stop our legal attempts to recover our property. Now… after six long years of ongoing cyber crimes and corporate misdoings, legal maneuvers and economic warfare tactic’s Which has lead us where we are today… To the subversion of the legal system to complete the theft .
My name Is Gerard Ange’, I am the victim of these crimes.
At the time this began in 2003 my businesses were successful and moving forward and upward. At the exact time of the theft one of my corporations a start-up television network called WIN-Tv was just approved for first round funding of $50 million from the same company that started A&E and MTV, Nickelodeon and the Move Channel. When out of no where we were targeted by a corporation with their headquarters based at 700 Old Marple Road, Springfield, Pennsylvania. A company with offices in Boston MA, London England, Shanghai China. A Corporation I had never known existed had perpetrated a deliberate and intentional plan for the theft of our property. We didn’t have any Idea what was about to happen…. After the theft…. It took Months to realize really what had happened… Now, even years later after Filing a case with the F.B.I. for “Interstate Wire Fraud” and this lawsuit and through very limited discovery we have only yet to really see the depth and deception of their plan. To realize that the causes of all these communication problems that our business and our investors were all experiencing were all rooted in the deliberate actions of the defendants towards myself and our corporations. The ongoing theft of our corporations email to & from our investors and other illegal tactics were all overseen and directed from the executive offices of the Gap International in Springfield, Pennsylvania.
In Conclusion:
It is one thing being hit by a disaster like a Hurricane or Earthquake because, after it’s gone you can reconstruct and try to put your life back together. But what has happened here is different. Back in 2003 the theft began and Today as I write this that theft has never stopped!! The burglars are still in my house and that still have my property six years later! And what has been going on for the last six years is that the burglars are just trying to complete that theft by subverting our legal system and buying their version of Justice! That what is going on here today.
We are all judged by our actions… How we treat people when especially when no one is looking…
In our life we have the power to touch people in a way and do good honest and compassionate things or, to cause pain and misery in the lives of the people around us. We are all judged by those choices we make. Those choices say who we are inside and the fabric of our character.
Now six years later… we watch everything that we built for the last 20 years all destroyed from a far from a group of people who still can’t see the truth because, their own lies get in the way.
We are all judged by our actions…
